SHIPPING POLICY – OYIN FOLARIN

At Oyin Folarin, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or delays, processing time may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (within Nigeria): 2–7 business days
  • International shipping (if available): 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistics disruptions.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number (if available). You can use this to monitor your delivery status.


4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major locations within Nigeria
  • Selected international destinations (where applicable)

If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us for assistance.


5. Delays and Exceptions

Oyin Folarin is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics companies
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery confirmation so we can investigate and assist you appropriately.


7. Address Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
